RETURN GOODS POLICY:  Puretherapi products are sold on a 30 day return for a full refund or exchange policy on
defective merchandise only,  unless stated in writing previously.  Products must be in original packaging with minimal
use and reason for return.  Return merchandise to Puretherapi via postage mailing or directly to store location.  Any
merchandise which is delivered to the customer as defective/damaged goods return to Puretherapi, LLC.      Any
damaged merchandise or incorrect shipments must be reported within 1 week of delivery.  In such a case, a full
refund will be given or if preferred a replacement will be sent to customer.  Customer is responsible for the return
freight charges. No shipping charges incurred for merchandise replacement.
